Successful shopping is reliant upon a healthy shopper, so keep your blood sugar up while you’re shopping and you’ll have better focus for better purchase power.
AVOID:
Cinnamon buns
Ice cream
Fried food like corndogs on a stick (who THOUGHT of this culinary disaster?)
Soda
Sugar drinks
Candy
You’ll leave the mall a size bigger than you came in and with the need for a few fillings at the dentist!
OPT FOR:
Fruit
Smoothies
Soft pretzels
Stop and eat a healthy sandwich or wrap
Stop and have a salad
Water bottles
You’ll leave the mall hydrated, nourished and having shopped well because you had good energy.
