Behavior: Women Being Hard on Themselves

The problem isn’t that women are hard on themselves — it’s that they don’t know themselves. Women often think that they are immortal people with super powers. They aren’t. They take on more than they are capable of doing or they take on things that they are not capable of doing given the amount of time and other obligations they already have.
If women understand their strengths, weaknesses, and what it is that they want in life, then they won’t find themselves taking on more than they can do or things that they have no business taking on, and then they wont beat themselves up for having done this.
