Valet who? Stop valet parking. Instead, park your car as far away from your destination as you want to walk. Use the distance between your car and the restaurant, store or friend’s home you are going to, as your walking route.

Park in the boondocks. Instead of parking closest to the mall entrance, park in those monster parking lots as far away from your entrance as possible. You’ll not only get a bonus walk to the venue, you’ll have a better chance of locating your car because it’s against a wall and not in the middle of a sea of cars that all look alike!

Forget the elevator and escalator. Take the stairs whenever possible. You’ll get a different kind of muscle work out than just walking flat ground.
