How to Break Up

Breaking up is hard to do, but not breaking up when it’s inevitable is even worse. So make your break up work for you… Consider these pros and cons when determining if restaurants are the best break up venue for you.

The Restaurant Break-up

PROS

1. Neither one of you will be as likely to revert to high drama like screaming, crying or throwing things when you are in a public place with other people.

2. Neither one of you are likely to try to use sex as a means of getting back together. Breaking up in someone’s apartment or house can be a way to break up/make up sex rather than the dirty business of breaking up and saying goodbye, cleanly.

3. One or both of you can get up and leave at any time. You don’t have to run the risk of having to kick the other person out of your home or being kicked out.

CONS

1. You probably won’t eat what you order.

2. You can’t have a good cry between just the two of you. If you like high
drama you’ll be restricted by the other people in the restaurant.

3. If there is a scene between you, you may not want to come back because
you’re too embarrassed — or worse, you may be asked not to come back!
