Pre-Menopausal? Black Cohosh Root Works Like a Charm

In the category of “life isn’t fair,” we women have more than our share physiologically. Not only do we suffer monthly from physical pain and discomfort, others become intolerable at this time and they make matters worse by blaming their behavior on our hormones. This goes on monthly for years, most of our lives. Then we get the grand finale. With my hormonal history, I’m terrified of menopause. And everyone who knows me probably should be too. It doesn’t promise to be a cohesive time.

After working in an office full of women for years, I’ve heard it all, seen it all, watched them fan themselves and cry. My head now has a velcro strip for frequent reattachment. And guess whose turn is next? Some have gone on and off hormones with alarming indecisiveness and little relief either way. I’ve heard terrible things about these doctor prescribed hormones causing cancer, heart problems and more. It only makes sense seeing as how nature knows best. The original hormones cease production for a reason and I can’t imagine that putting horse placenta in their place is what God intended.

Perimenopause is the “coming attractions” part of the real thing and is thought to begin a decade or more before menopause in some women. This is where I am–mood swings, heart palpatations, anxiety and restlessness. Oh, and did I mention anger? As in rage that has seemingly been festering since the embryonic stage?

I have found help.

You can look on the internet and you’ll find complex combinations of natural herbs for combating symptoms of PMS, perimenopause and menopause. The combinations vary so much that it’s hard to decide which regimen to follow. We don’t need anymore confusion, do we? And we don’t need to go broke buying 25 bottles of rare tropical tree scrapings at $16.99 a pop.

My solution is simple. Black Cohosh Root. It’s available everywhere vitamins are sold. It’s inexpensive. Women have benefitted from it since the 1500’s in China when it was given to them to alleviate symptoms resembling insanity. Yes, it was only menopause then too.

I’ve found Black Cohosh Root, on its own, relieves my anxiety and restores calmness and feelings of well being overnight. I’m sure response time varies according to the individual but it really works fast for me. Like a lot of people I’m the worst about taking supplements regularly. I get busy, get out of the habit, forget, start feeling better and it becomes less of a priority. But I’m going to start taking this one every day because it’s proven itself to me over and over again.

If you suffer from any of the hormonal hell that plagues many women for most of their lives, try this natural supplement. I’m not a doctor but I am a victim of gender and I know this alone works for me. Like anything else, you should check the bottle for ingredients and any possible warnings or check with your doctor before taking it.

The best news of all is that when you take this supplement others will start behaving much more appropriately. I think it’s a miracle.
