It just seems kind of creepy! Like you're checking up on them. You probably get jealous when u see cute girls on the page.

I also always look for my prospective dates on myspace. Of course on their myspace page they're not going to TELL you they're a murderer or anything. But you can find out a lot about people this way, like what kind of music they like, what are their friends like, etc. Also gives you a boost on conversation starters. (I don't tell them I researched them on myspace, i just might casually mention the band they like, or things like that)

Franklin, there's a fine line between making sure it's safe to go out with someone and being creepy stalker boy!
