I, too, struggle with my weight. I try to take the weight watcher's approach around the holidays, which is to "save up points" i.e. eat less, or more healthy foods,days before I am going to pig out, so when I do, I still haven't exceeded my ideal calorie intake for the week.
Are there any diets or fitness programs that work best for you? I've heard about Atkins, The South Beach Diet, Weight Watchers...which one is the best?
