I'm a baby boomer but am no where ready to retire. In fact, I'm ready to quit the job I have now to move on to something new and better. The only thing is, I'm a bit worried about the issues I might face out in the workforce as a baby boomer. Do you know what these issues are and can you offer any advice on how I can combat them?
