Advice Seeker: Dear April Masini,
I work really long hours and by the time I get home in the evening, I just want to eat dinner, relax, and go to bed. Unfortunately, this means I don't have time to go to the gym or work out when I get home. And there's definitely no way I'm getting up extra early in the morning to work out; I need my sleep! I was thinking about trying to work out during my lunch breaks at work. Do you have any advice for how I could get the ultimate lunch time workout?

Lunchtime is a great time to catch a workout, especially if you work long hours and just want to relax when you get home.
Here are some great ways to fit a workout into the lunch hour:
* If you work near a gym, join it! Take advantage of any classes and equipment there.
